The rules that keep Plannr clear, fair, and usable.
These Terms of Use apply to the Plannr website, public pages, and app. They explain the core conditions for using the service and are written to stay readable while still protecting the business, the product, and its users.
Who operates Plannr
These terms are between you and M. SAPIDOU KAI SIA E.E., Sarantaporou 17, 54640 Thessaloniki, Greece, VAT/AFM: 802021877, the legal entity that operates Plannr.
Using the service
You may use Plannr only in compliance with applicable law and these terms. If you create or use an account, you are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, keeping your credentials secure, and activity that takes place through your account.
You must not share access to private admin or account areas, bypass security controls, interfere with service infrastructure, reverse engineer restricted functionality, or use automated access in a way that harms the service or other users.
Please use it responsibly
- Do not misuse the service or attempt unauthorised access.
- Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
- Do not use Plannr to spam, impersonate others, or abuse event participants.
Host responsibility
If you create an event or provide guest contact details, you are responsible for having permission or another lawful basis to use those details in Plannr. You may use Plannr only for legitimate event invitations, RSVP handling, digital passes, and related event communications.
You must not use Plannr to send unwanted messages, harass people, impersonate others, or contact guests unlawfully. You are also responsible for making sure guest information you provide is accurate and appropriate for the event purpose.
If you import contacts or add invitees, you confirm that you have the right to provide those details to Plannr for the event flow. Plannr may suspend or limit sending where we reasonably believe an invitation flow is abusive, unlawful, likely to trigger carrier filtering, or inconsistent with these terms.
SMS invite rules
Plannr may send SMS event invitations to guests when a host provides a guest phone number and initiates the invitation flow. These messages are for event invitations and related RSVP access, not general marketing.
Guests can opt out of Plannr event invitation texts through the opt-out action on their invitation link or by contacting support@plannr.gr. Where Plannr uses an alphanumeric sender ID such as PLANNR, guests cannot reply directly to the SMS. Reply-based STOP, START, and HELP handling may be available only where Plannr uses a reply-capable sender. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Hosts must not upload phone numbers or send invitations unless they have permission or another lawful basis to do so.
If a guest opts out, Plannr may block further SMS invitations to that phone number unless the guest later opts back in through an allowed channel. Hosts must not try to bypass opt-out, carrier, or abuse-prevention controls by re-entering a number differently or using another account.
Invite tokens and payments
Plannr may offer free or paid invite tokens. Tokens are a limited-use service credit for eligible invitation activity inside Plannr. Tokens are not money, stored value, gift cards, or transferable property, and they cannot be exchanged for cash.
Token packs may have validity periods shown in the app, on the website, or during purchase. Unused tokens may expire at the end of the stated validity period. Free, promotional, manually granted, or support-issued tokens may have different limits, expiry, or revocation rules.
If you purchase features, token packs, or subscriptions through Apple or another platform, billing, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and access restoration may also be subject to that platform's rules and policies. Platform decisions and processing delays are outside Plannr's direct control.
Closing your account
You may stop using Plannr at any time. Where available, account holders may initiate account deletion in the app. Deletion removes the account and associated account-controlled event data from active service records, subject to legal, security, fraud-prevention, purchase, tax, dispute, backup, and operational retention needs.
Your content and our service
You retain ownership of content you submit to Plannr. You grant Plannr the limited rights needed to host, process, display, and transmit that content so the service can function. Plannr and its branding, software, and visual assets remain the property of Plannr or its licensors.
No perfect uptime promise
We aim to keep Plannr reliable and useful, but the service may change, be updated, or be unavailable from time to time. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
When access may be restricted
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law, investigate abuse, respond to platform requirements, or enforce these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
Reasonable limits
To the extent permitted by law, Plannr is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or loss-of-data damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Updates to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may revise the date on this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice through the service, the website, or direct communication.
